The simple rub gives the pork loin its signature flavor without covering up the meat. Honey adds a touch of sweetness that balances the Cajun spices, making each bite savory, gently sweet, and as spicy as your seasoning blend.
Serve it sliced with Roasted Brussels Sprouts for a hearty dinner, or pair it with your favorite barbecue sides. It’s a flavorful choice for a weekend meal, backyard gathering, or anytime you want to make smoked pork the star of the table.

Honey Cajun Smoked Pork Loin
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat smoker to 230 degrees. Rub honey over pork loin and then cover in Cajun seasoning. Smoke at 230 degrees for about an hour or until internal temperature reads 135 degrees. Finish by searing both sides over open flame until internal temperature reads 140 degrees. Let rest at least10 minutes before slicing.

SALTY OWL TIP
Pork loin is lean, so use a meat thermometer instead of guessing—it can dry out if overcooked. Let it rest before slicing so the juices have time to settle.
