Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter room temperature
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon until well combined. Fold in rolled oats, dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Place scoops (about 1 tbsp) of dough on prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced with room to expand. You should get about 12 scoops of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
